顾厚煜-1989.05出生,安徽合肥人,2013年7月毕业于安徽工程大学土木工程专业,获工学学士学位;2017年7月毕业于江西理工大学建筑与土木工程专业,获工学硕士学位;2022年12月毕业于中南大学交通运输工程专业,获工学博士学位。
